Really good stay
well equipped gym complimentary water spacious reception
The gym included sufficient equipment. I counted three treadmills (in perfect working order) and two stationary bikes. Two complimentary bottles of water was daily. The reception area provided ample seating for waiting.

I found my room spacious. It included all necessary amenities in good working order. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and water in the room. Staff made bikes easily available for rent. A station allowed convenient water bottle refills. I appreciated the many sustainability initiatives.
The restaurant service was quite slow. It seemed understaffed during peak hours. I waited longer than expected for my orders. This only happened once .

i found the hotel to have good room sizes and a modern design. the staff was very friendly. the location provides easy access to the metro (it's quite useful to explore the area). the hotel is located only three metro stops from major city attractions.

helpful receptionists great location clean room good coffee
the receptionists were helpful and forthcoming. the location is great if you're visiting eu institutions. the room was nice and clean, and breakfast had many options. i enjoyed the good coffee at breakfast.
The payment system could be improved. I had holds on my card at check-in and check-out. it took a week to get the money back after contacting the hotel and my bank.

separate wc smart tvs fresh choice
the room included a separate wc which i found quite convenient. smart tvs with very large screens are installed in the rooms. the breakfast options impressed me with tasty and fresh choices.
i noticed a slight smell of damp in the reception area.
